Q: Who is SurePay?

A: SurePay is in the business of giving you the purchasing power you deserve! Our “No Credit Required” program along with our high approval rate has enabled many people just like you to shop or receive services with confidence.

Q: What are the terms?

A: A minimal pre-paid finance charge is due at signing. SurePay’s contracts generally have a term of 12-months with a 90-day special offer option as well as an early payoff option any time before the 12-month term is reached. Over one-third our clients pay their outstanding balance within the 90-day special offer period.

Payments are set up on a schedule that works for you, whether weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. We make it easy by having payments taken directly from your checking account (via ACH transactions) on your scheduled payment dates.

Q: What documents are needed for the approval process?

A:  Clients who are Auto-Approved require no additional documentation. Those who have been Conditionally-Approved will be approved pending the acceptance of additional documentation and/or verbal verification. These documents may include pay stubs, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, etc.

Q: Does SurePay charge interest?

A: SurePay does not provide loans or leases, and so there are no interest rates or factor rates involved, only a finance charge. SurePay’s payment terms are generally less than other similar programs. Please refer to your Contract for all terms and conditions including a Federal Truth-In-Lending statement and Installment Plan/Schedule.

Q: Can I make payments at the merchant location?

A: Although the Retail Installment Contract is initially between you and the merchant, the merchant assigns the Contract to SurePay immediately upon execution. This means your payments will be made directly to SurePay through your bank account, debit or credit card, not to the merchant.
