Q: Are there any costs associated with using SurePay for my business?

A: SurePay currently requires Merchants to discount the Client product or service by up to 6% at closing. This will be applied during the transfer of funds to the Merchant (Merchant will receive the actual contract amount for the product or service minus 6%).

Q: How can my clients apply for financing through SurePay?

A: Clients typically apply through the merchant account on the SurePay portal, which is provided upon merchant account activation. Nearly 75% of all new clients will be instantly approved, some of which may be conditionally approved and will require the client to gather additional documentation or verbal verification prior to final approval.

Q: How much can my clients be approved for through SurePay?

A: Clients may be approved from $350.00 to $2,500.00. Amount of approval is dependent upon factors including  income, banking history, length of employment, age of applicant and verification of contact information.

Q: How soon will my account be funded upon transaction approval?

A: On average, SurePay will fund your account within 48 hours.We fund Monday-Friday, and process loans on Saturday and Sunday to be funded on Tuesday.
